FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything You Need to Know

Detailed answers about Xeno, USDg stablecoin payments, terminal compatibility, and Robinhood Chain EVM settlement.

Is Xeno a cryptocurrency token? +

No. Xeno is not a token and does not have its own cryptocurrency. Xeno is a payment network — infrastructure that lets people pay with existing stablecoins like USDg and EURC by tapping their phone, similar to Apple Pay. There is no XENO token, no presale, and no airdrop.

How is Xeno different from a crypto debit card? +

Crypto debit cards convert your crypto to fiat at the moment of payment and route through Visa or Mastercard. You lose self-custody, can't earn yield, and the merchant pays heavy interchange fees. With Xeno, users keep self-custody of their USDg, earn yield until the moment of payment, and settle peer-to-peer on Robinhood EVM.

Does Xeno work with existing payment terminals? +

Yes. Xeno ships as a kernel update for existing PAX, Verifone, and Ingenico terminals — no new hardware required. Merchants accept stablecoin payments through the same terminal they already use alongside Visa and Mastercard.

How does Xeno eliminate chargebacks? +

Transactions are signed cryptographically on-device by the user's private key and settled directly on Robinhood Chain EVM. Onchain settlement provides irreversible finality in under 1.5 seconds, eliminating credit card chargeback fraud.
